I’ve been experiencing rebound headaches also. Too much relief medication.

And if I ever find that doctor that thought I was making it up how often I had migraines and put me on a 4-tablet ibuprofen regimen for each migraine!? I had to wean my body from habit-forming rebound migraines from that for a month. I have words for that man XD

I hate to say it, but I literally have to pick and choose what days I want to medicate and what days I want to suffer through. I think I’m like you and still looking for a good permanent answer to chronic pain and rebound headaches, but for now, I’m avoiding it the hard way - saving my meds for the most important days, and on the others, just finding the best audiobooks and softest blankets possible for those bad days I have to skip painkillers. Trying to find whatever media makes me sleep.
