Wondering if anyone's tried adding black cumin seeds to their diet regularly to help with migraines. If so, what were your results from doing it? Did you notice a difference?

Sounds like the cumin seeds are safer and there are some Pubmed articles ( https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8225153/ ) talking about it's use in Traditional medicine.

No, but I have a better one.......Sinus Plumber, a nasal spray with Cheyenne pepper and caffeine in it. Really burns and does not work. Ha!
