I have tried both. Cefaly works at distracting me for a little while. It does not prevent or get rid of my migraines, but it does dull or kinda numb the pain for a little white and makes me fall asleep during the treatment. For those reasons alone I do like it and feel just that little bit of relief is worth it.

LMB I tried it and it didn't help at all. Call the company that makes it. They may have a program available for you.

Didn't help -- did it regularly for 2 months and it didn't give any relief.

my neuro is looking up Nerivio I use my cefaly a lot but doesnt stay on unless laying down

Did you notice any difference between the Nerivio and the Cefaly?
