Some symptoms are tough to manage — physically, emotionally, or both. Whether it’s fatigue, brain fog, pain, or something else, finding what helps can take trial and error. For some, it's about daily habits. For others, it’s been a treatment or therapy that made a difference. Share what's been helpful for you 🙂 #TreatmentJourney
CherylWorthington I have migraines. I tried nerve blocks and burning, Neruvio tens unit, Botox, Imitrex, and a ton of other stuff. I guess I've been thru it all. The nerve blocks didn't help much. I have to go over a hundred miles for treatment. Any more questions please ask me. I have a very long health history. I'm a retired RN. I'm starting to think all nurses get migraines. Have a great rest of Sunday.
I have now developed chronic photophobia. If I go out without any sunglasses, I am immediately nauseous
I moved to a new location where the air pressure is volatile. Usually Advil helps but I have to catch it quickly. To add to that my heat in the new place is super hot and dry. It took some finagling to regulate the heat and humidity but that has helped. I also have vestibular migraine, which I got under control with a supplement called Melina. My dizziness is resolved. But now I'm getting headaches that are low grade but still semi-debilitating. Some of it seems to be sinus related. At the same time I'm tapering off Zoloft, which was prescribed to help with the anxiety that came with the dizziness. Some of my symptoms, like brain fog and headaches, can be the result of the condition or the Zoloft, or tapering off the drug. I'm not sure what else I can do to stop these headaches (I'm on day 4 now) and I really hate to depend on Advil several times a day. I'm going to a chiropractor tomorrow and hope I can get some relief. I have so much I need to get done and I feel like getting the laundry done or doing the dishes are just about all I can manage.
Mike4 Are you referring to me? I'm alive and kicking. I have 6 children who don't live with me. I have 6 grandkids who are mostly adults. I spend time with them all. I feel fortunate to be able to do that. So it more than makes up for the fuzzy tinnitus. Have a good week.
Wow!! That's way too much grief for any human.
