Ugh, those weeks are the worst — and you are absolutely not alone in feeling that way. Living with migraines can be completely exhausting, both physically and emotionally, and some weeks just hit harder than others.

Many MyMigraineTeam members have shared how relentless migraine pain can wear you down over time, making even the simplest things feel impossible.

A few things that might help get through a rough patch:

- Rest as much as your body is asking for
- Avoid known triggers like bright lights, strong smells, or certain foods
- Reach out to your doctor if attacks are more frequent or severe than usual
- Be kind to yourself — this is genuinely hard, and you're doing your best

Hang in there. Rough weeks do pass, even when it doesn't feel like it. 💙

So so. I had an appointment with the neurologist. He asked me what u would like to see done. I was confused. Uh… what? I had Botox injections last month. I mean… anyone suffering from chronic migraines would like improvement and better functioning.

Oh yes I am having an awful week too. I broke out with Shingles on my face all along the middle and upper branches of my Trigeminal nerve. I have been having chronic headaches since January when my emotional support dog Harry was killed. Lately I have had acute migraines with stabbing pain. Have any of you had Shingles? It is very painful. Please let me know if anyone has any hints of how to survive this.
