No meds for me. Just supplements and otc pain med. Vitamin A mostly. Getting eye injections for macular degeneration which can aggravate flashers.

Had this once. Wound up in 24 hours observation with tons of tests. All came out OK.
Hope you’re feeling better.

I feel this on a personal level. I have chronic migraine, intractable. I've been on topamax, gapapentin, qulipta, ajovy, aimovig, rizatriptan, sumatriptan, and nurtec plus OTC meds and nothing works. I wish you the best. Just know you're not alone!

I tried several things to help ease my migraines and they all worked temporarily

I’m having some success on Ajovy after 8 months. Specialist told me to stick with it when I was ready to quit at 6 months due to no relief. I was on Nortriptaline until recently which worked like absolute magic. Had to stop it due to terrible insomnia. Too bad as it worked terrific.
