New device that is suppose to help with pressure in ears and head, wondering if anyone has tried this?
Migraines can affect your sinuses where your nose runs, etc. But I'm not a Dr .Ask your Dr. Maybe you need to see an ENT.
So my question is does anyone else ever have problems with certain symptoms that are rare (at least I've been told they are rare,) the 2 worst issues I have are studdering horribly can't say 2 without studderering speech sometimes for hours or days and my newest symptom is a feeling of my head/brain literally feels like it's on fire. I'm not running a temp. The rest of my body gets cold but head literally feels like its 200 degrees. I'm curious if anyone else has either of these symptoms. And… read more
You need to see a neurologist.
Has anyone experienced botox injections making migraine worse? I had 2nd session 4th Dec, its spiked migraine, eased after approx 2wks. Now they back worse. I've been on Ajovy monthly injections and I had a life, now this last month I can hardly move, sleep, eat etc. Just wondering could it be the botox?
If you had a horrible experience, your body knows best.
I’m having trouble getting my insurance to cover Emgality and my neuro says that Aimovig might be easier to get through for some reason. However, I’m rather concerned about the severe constipation side effect that has caused some patients to need surgery as that has been an issue I’ve had my whole life. How have you guys combatted that side effect? Any info you think would be useful would be much appreciated! TIA! 😊
Many of the treatments for migraine cause constipation. My neurologist prescribed magnesium for it. It's a big help!
Hello everyone,

Have any of you taken more than one of the preventative CGRPs (Aimovig, Ajovy, Emgality)? Did one work better than the others?
Same here. 😥
Ouch! So sorry.
Has anyone with hemiplegic migraine had relief from Ajovy? I'm going on 6.5 months with an episode and hoping this will help break it. I am not responding to triptans or other treatments this far.
Not sure 3xactly what to call my migraines but I drop where I am a lot of times from light triggers. However, Ajov y just restarted due to an insurance thing. I was "dropping" more often without it… read more
