Has anyone experienced botox injections making migraine worse? I had 2nd session 4th Dec, its spiked migraine, eased after approx 2wks. Now they back worse. I've been on Ajovy monthly injections and I had a life, now this last month I can hardly move, sleep, eat etc. Just wondering could it be the botox?
If you had a horrible experience, your body knows best.
Emgality worked for awhile, took away about 75% of my migraines but after being on it for sometime it stop working. Did I mention they are very painful injections ðŸ˜
I currently take medication for anxiety and sleep, which also are supposed to help with migraines, could I add ajovy to those meds?
I haven’t tried shove. But butter and Umbrevly upset my stomach so bad that I have flu like symptoms for a week
I start next month and am really praying that it works.
I am on Ajovy,Ubrelvy,and Qulipta
Has anyone tried this with success? I did a couple months of Emgality samples that worked great but insurance won’t cover it. Trying the venaflaxine next- I have tried everything else.
Do you see a Neurologist or specialist for your migraines. My doctor fills out all of the paperwork for me including any necessary appeals and they are usually much more successful than I have been… read more
Have any of you taken more than one of the preventative CGRPs (Aimovig, Ajovy, Emgality)? Did one work better than the others?
