Has Anyone Tried The New CGRP Treatment Or Clinical Trial?

Has Anyone Tried The New CGRP Treatment Or Clinical Trial?

I've been on the trial for a few months now and it's been a miracle for me. I was having 14+ migraines per month and now I only get 2 or 3. I'm wondering if others have any experiences with this drug?

Topiramate And Intelligence?

Topiramate And Intelligence?

I've been on Topiramate for a while (300mg daily) and none of the side effects are that bad except I'm worried about my intelligence levels and language disability. It wasn't that bad until maybe the past couple of months and now I feel like my intelligence levels have dropped and my memory has gotten worse. I am not able to write nearly as well as I did in the past and can't really form sentences and my vocabulary is poor. I wanted to know what other people's experiences have been and if anyone… read more

How To Manage Attacks In Different Climates

How Do You Get Your Insurance To At Least Cover Nerve Blocks For Cerviogenic Headaches?

How Do You Get Your Insurance To At Least Cover Nerve Blocks For Cerviogenic Headaches?

Can anyone tell what specialist to see. I am currently seeing a headache specialist and she really doesn't care to address the neck issue. I've had a chiropractor, a physical therapist and a doctor all tell me how my neck feels like a brick. I torn between a pain clinic and an orhtopeadist? Any advice?

Has Anyone Gone To Cleveland Clinic's Neurologists Or To Dr. Winkelman At University Hospital?

I have been under care with Cleveland Clinic for years and have been to their Imatch program. I'm moving on to a new neurologist hoping for another approach to treatment.

That is the only rescue med I have now...works but takes a while.
