Do you use the CBD oil topically? Where do I get concentrated CBD oil. Also what’s T-relief?

I have spots on my head that are sore to the touch, one is right in the center of my forehead, there are also spots over my ears and in the back of my head. This is a new occurrence, I have just noticed it in the past month or so. The pain is there even when I don't have a headache.

What do you guys know about triptan overuse headaches?
I just learned of them from a nurse at my neurologist’s office. This had never been mentioned before by my neurologist and he prescribes me 30 rizatriptans per month and 7 frovatriptans per month, which covers my 20 migraines (if they decide to work). I am on sumatriptain 50mg and also propranolol. I really don't recall if it was after taking these medicines or if it's been longer but....I feel awesome and on top of the world and when I do it's soon to come, the head pain. The nausea the sweating and stuffy head. The want stop throwing up. When the head finally stops hurting. I'm starving and the next 3/4 days I feel so beat. So tired. Still nauseated. Has anyone ever take notice to when they first got migraines? I got pregnant that's when it all started for me. I notice that a week before my period I get a migraine and vertigo.. of course I asked the six different neurologist and my gym.. they all said no way r they related.
I don't remember not having headaches
I've been on Gabapentin since 2018. My neurologist increase my dosage to 1600mg 3 times a day in September. I just started having a feeling of depression. Has anybody on this medication had this problem?
I take 300 mg 2 pills morning and 3 pills at night and have depression also
