I’m Looking For Opinions On Daith Piercings From People Who Haven’t Been Helped By Medications
A MyMigraineTeam Member asked a question 💭

I know there have been mixed opinions about daith piercings but I figure if it helps even a little, it would be worth it. Considering nothing else, not even Botox, has helped, I’d be ok with it if the piercing doesn't help. But I’ve read accounts of migraines getting worse or moving after a daith piercings. I’m looking for someone like me, who doesn’t get results from medication who can tell me what kind of results they got after their piercing... good or bad. I want to be informed before I… read more

At What Number On A Scale From 1-10 Do You Rate Your “Average” Migraine Pain?
A MyMigraineTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have read comments about migraine scales being different for everyone. I agree with that. Which left me wondering, with 1 being the lowest and 10 the highest, pain level and incapacitation. What do you consider a “average” or tolerable number on the scale? For me, at 1-3 I feel like I could throw a party, in my head😉. 3-4 is normal tolerable, allowing me to still function. 5-6 I feel anxious, cautious and usually take medication. 7-8 I’m seeking dark, quiet and bring nausea medication on… read more

My functioning average is a 4. It’s there, I’m totally aware of it. I take Tylenol or Motrin as a wishful “ stay where you are” prevention. If it gets worse or one of my senses gets involved ie… read more

Has Anyone Considered Trying To Qualify For Medical Marijuana For Your Migraines But It Is Not A Qualification For It In Your State?
A MyMigraineTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have tried EVERYTHING to get rid of my migraines but NOTHING has worked and we are retrying previous treatments again only because something HAS to work. Medical marijuana is the ONE thing I haven't tried and I can't even get it.
