I had the above occur and someone got angry at me for this when in reality I thought I could have one all day and after work it started but I tried preventing it with meds and water. This did not work and thus it became non functional after we did what I wanted and did not get to what they wanted to do. I believe the stress from this person and this incident and the stress at work triggered it. How do you deal with this?
It sounds like a non-believer. If they have never had one, they seem to be the person that has little to no compassion for others and is very selfish. Move on from people like this. If they have no… read more
Unfortunately, mine was fractured years ago, so it cannot be adjusted. But I had migraines long before this happened. But I will share this with others I know.
Hi everyone! I've survived migraine for 30 years now. I didn't always get an aura but the last year has been all about them. I'm 49 now so I'm thinking hormones are the culprit possibly??? I'm also extremely sensitive to barometric pressure changes and live in a very unstable climate(southern Alberta, Canada, which is known for Chinook winds). Regardless, I am getting these auras with different degrees of pain sometimes 3 times a day!! Needless to say my quality of life is suffering… read more

Feel like I get hit in the head with a baseball bat. Lasts a few hours and then goes away. They happen frequently don’t know what to do???!!?!

I’m having a particularly terrible night, migraine, nausea,… read more

I spent a lot of time in the sun yesterday. Went for a 2 mile run- 25 minutes and then spent maybe another 35 minutes doing photography outside. Started having a pulsating headache around 4:30 PM. Can too much Vitamin D cause migraine?
Might heat rather than vitamin d. Try a cool shower and see if that helps to prevent headaches. It helps me.
My neurologist suggested massage, chiropractor and PT on my neck and shoulders for a daily persistent headache suggesting cervicogenic/tension headache/muscular skeletal also.
I heard back from my neurosurgeon. She’s sending a PT Rx so… 🤞
That’s how my migraines started. I’d be woken up in the middle of the night with a crushing pain. After a few years the started coming at anytime. It really really sucks. Make sure you get out of bed… read more
