Hi Everyone,

Does anyone have experience with Serotonin Syndrome
I take Relpax for my episodic migraines.
I also take very low dose Pamelor (Nortriptaline) for chronic migraine pain.
I occasionally take Zofran for nausea and
Lorazepam occasionally for insomnia and anxiety.
It is RARE that I take these all together but I am learning that combining any 2 of them can lead to Serotonin Syndrome which is something definitely to avoid.

I use essential oils to help me relax during an attack. The fragrance that works best for me is eucalyptus/spear mint I buy at Bath&Body works. It helps me sleep better at night.

Please please let me know some names of medications that you have had some success with. I have tried a couple with not much success. I have found that botox works but I am unable to have health benefits at this time. When I did have benefits it was covered and life was not as painful 😓.

Sumatriptan (generic Imitrex) is cheap at Costco and works well for me as a rescue. Currently, gabapentin is helping me a lot for prevention.
