Please please let me know some names of medications that you have had some success with. I have tried a couple with not much success. I have found that botox works but I am unable to have health benefits at this time. When I did have benefits it was covered and life was not as painful 😓.

Sumatriptan (generic Imitrex) is cheap at Costco and works well for me as a rescue. Currently, gabapentin is helping me a lot for prevention.

Spinal Taps?
A MyMigraineTeam Member asked a question 💭

I've been poked and prodded, sliced and diced, and I've been ok. I'm terrified of the spinal tap. Can everyone give me the scoop on the pain, procedure, etc. Please be honest and straightforward. No sugercoating. Lol. I'm a pretty strong chick, but I'd like some… read more

I get the physical spinning jagged wheels without the pain. I can’t see we’ll and can’t read. I have wet AMD for which I have been receiving injections since 2016. Anyone else get these sensations without pain, and what do you take for it?
