Anyone you can recommend near Boston or Cape Cod?
All of a sudden, I feel a knife like pain going through my skull in the back, on the bottom right side below the ear. It is very quick, extremely painful, and very scary. Sometimes the same thing will happen on the top right. Does anyone know how to deal with this, or any ideas to help? Thanks.
I live in Yorkshire England. I'm really finding it hard to get my doctor to really listen to me. They don't seem to understand how debilitating migrains are. I want them to refare me to a specialist I'm sure there must be some research doctors specialist in the whole of england. I live alone. I have chronic migraine. I work outside the home. I just keep pushing myself but I would like to hear if anyone has tips.
I have a migraine headache starting first thing in the morning every day. Some days the headache is more severe and some days not too bad. Also, some days it resolves by noon and some days lasts all day. Overall, you can see it really interferes with my daily activities activities and just general sense of well being. What do you guys know about triptan overuse headaches?
I just learned of them from a nurse at my neurologist’s office. This had never been mentioned before by my neurologist and he prescribes me 30 rizatriptans per month and 7 frovatriptans per month, which covers my 20 migraines (if they decide to work). About a year after my ex kicked me in the back of my head with his steel toe boot during a very violent beating which also left me with broken bones, I began having headaches.
