I had a nerve block last year and it made my migraines worse. Now I'm supposed to be starting Botox but I'm nervous I'll have the same reaction. Has anyone had a nerve block fail but success with Botox? Any help would be appreciated!

My husband booked for us to see a rock band awhile ago for this Saturday and I really wanna go but as anyone with migraines will know-a place with ridiculously loud noises,flashing lights and lots of people is something you don't wanna face. So I just wondered if anyone has any tips to help me get through it? Im planning on wearing my sunglasses but I know everyone will look at me funny >.<
Does anyone else get angry/frustrated and very down when their migraine is hanging around,even if it's not the worst pain. I have chronic migraines almost everyday and I'm finding it harder and harder to keep a lid on my emotions and to not get angry because I'm in pain all the time.Anyone any advise on how they relax being in pain?

Does anyone on here manage to work full time? I have about 10-15 migraines a month but my energy in between is much better now and I'm hoping to start working. I want to support myself but I'm worried about whether I can handle 40 hours. Let me know your experiences!!
Bright light is definitely a trigger and even when light wasn't the particular trigger when a migraine starts I often wear sunglasses indoors.
