So this may be getting a little personal...My husband and I have been talking about having a baby. Right now, it's being postponed until after I have my TMJ surgery, which I meet my surgeon this month. (so nervous) but anyways, any advice on pregnancy and migraines? How to cope, has pregnancy made yours worse? better? Anything would be greatly appreciated, I know that everyone is different, but I would love to hear from people who understand what I'm going through daily.
When I was pregnant my migraines went away. I was the healthiest I ever was. But after I gave birth things came back.
I am on sumatriptain 50mg and also propranolol. I really don't recall if it was after taking these medicines or if it's been longer but....I feel awesome and on top of the world and when I do it's soon to come, the head pain. The nausea the sweating and stuffy head. The want stop throwing up. When the head finally stops hurting. I'm starving and the next 3/4 days I feel so beat. So tired. Still nauseated. Then day after day I wake up feeling so hot, hard to breath and just not right. Not sure… read more

The thing that is still messing with my head is precipitation. I know the day before it's going to rain, then it rains and then it takes a day to feel better. That's three days out of my life. Weather migraines are really bad, anybody else have them? In sure lots of us do. Anyone know how to avoid or cope… read more
