I've been put on this recently for leg and feet pain. Has anyone had a side effect of blurry vision?
I didn't give it time to do that. It blurred my vision so bad I couldn't see and this was after only one week. I gave it up then.
I am going to second what @A MyMigraineTeam Member said.
I always felt high, dizzy, couldn't eat because of how nauseous it made me feel, I had tremors from it, my cognitive skills went down the tubes, I had trouble thinking concentrating, working walking, sleeping and other things. On top of that it didn't help the migraines at all.
I had severe swelling of my feet and legs with Lyrica and Avinza. Neurontin made my hair fall out.
I have been taking Gabapentin for over 10 years. I first started taking it because I have nerve damage to my back. I have had 2 back surgeries. I haven’t had any problems with Gabapentin. 2 years ago I was in a car accident and I now have Trigeminal nerve damage to the right side of my face. So the doctors upped my dose to the max that a person can take. To me it does help for my pains but I noticed it doesn’t help for migraines and headaches. And the only bad side affect that I have had from Gabapentine,Depakote (for my migraines) and Zonisafide(also for headaches) is that in this 2 year span , I have grained 50 pounds.
