I also sometimes feel like someone has stabbed me in the head with an ice pick. Mine is usually on the side of my head.

Thank you. I will ask my injection doctor tomorrow. Ice pick migraine or headache. Its not my normal problem. I have vestibular migraines usually. Hope I can find out more to stop it.

I can't honestly say. I get migraines that feel like an ice pick is stuck in my temples and I am not sure if that's what is called an ice pick migraine. I just know when I feel that I need to get home and take some meds. I have it timed to about 5 mins till I am done for the day or longer. I am sorry that I can't be of much help.
