Does anyone experience pressure in their ears where you can hear your breathing and heart beating loudly in ears?

Yes, all the time. It is really annoying and seems to be worse when laying down. So I have taken to sleeping propped up on pillows when the sounds are evident. Then I end up with neck pain as well as the migraine. It seems as though there is never a break with my migraines.

I have pressure often and the right side of my face and right ear hurts. My eyes swell ( I look drunk) and lately I have developed tremors in my hands.
