Has anyone tried fennel seeds? I bought some candy coated fennel seeds and was eating a small handful everyday for a couple of weeks and although we had a couple of weather changes I did not get a migraine, I ran out of those delish little morsels and got a brutal head banger. On my third day in bed I got my husband to pick some up and the migraine is mostly gone. Coincidence or cure?
I got them from a local East Indian Restaurant they have a dish of the candy coated ones at the cashier and they sell them by the jar. You can buy plain fennel seeds at the health food store.
I'm curious now. Where did you get them and what is it called
I'm going to try the fennel seeds. Did you buy them in a supermarket or a health shop
