regarding ice pick headaches,i'm 46, started getting them in same spot past few months for few seconds. never had before with migraines.

went for mri they didn't find anything. Headache specialist said migraines can evolve. was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this as well. I am concerned because they say its a problem if the pain keeps reoccurring in the same area.

I do get those usually temple or eye or top left front or right front of my head.
