The ear pain can be a migraine if an ear doctor has ruled everything else out. My migraine pain isn't always on one side either.

My last pair of prescription glasses were both anti-glare and had the sunglass tint on them (the sunglass tint darkened when I was outside and lighten when I was inside.)
I now have to wear separate reading glasses these have anti glare. My non reading glasses have the sunglass tint on them. I would have also put the anti glare on them but I didn't have eniugh money.
P.s. the sunglass tint does not work on artificial light...

There are migraines that affect on the left or right side. I often get them. They are a pain but not as bad as a full migraine. I sometimes get them starting in my neck and move up to a one sided or a full migraine.
Noise is a huge problem for many of us with migraines.

It could be a migraine. Not everyone gets the nausea or sensitivity to light.
Some people can't stand smells of food. I'm one lol I go hide under the covers if someone is cooking here.
If you take ibuprofen and it goes away chances are it is or was a headache.
My Nero told me years ago, if ibuprofen takes it away it's not a migraine.
