I have an AMAZING solution for migraine headaches. Diath piercings. It is suggested that you have the side that you get your migraine on pierced, but since my headaches tend to switch sides, I had both sides done. It's been more than a year, and I have only had one migraine, and that was my fault due to not eating anything. As soon as I put some protein in my body, the headache went away.

Members shared mixed experiences with daith piercings as a migraine solution, with some reporting dramatic relief from chronic migraines while others found no benefit at all, comparing it to other treatments like Botox that work for some but not others. Several members offered practical insights, including the importance of proper placement at acupuncture pressure points, using a larger gauge needle, and timing the piercing during an active migraine to better locate the pressure point. A recurring theme was the exhausting search for relief among people living with debilitating migraines, especially those with severe forms like Familial Hemiplegic Migraine, as members encouraged each other to keep trying different approaches while acknowledging that no single solution works for everyone.

I seem to be hearing from quite a few people that it hasn't worked for them either. Honestly makes me wonder because Botox seems to only work for some and not others including myself. I keep my fingers crossed that someday someone will find a magical way of letting us who suffer be free from the kind of pain that goes with Migraines! I pray!!
Good luck on your journey to finding ways to deal with your pain. My Thoughts and prayers are with you.

That's wonderful to hear! Sorry to hear about the Meniere's though.

I also have Menieres disease, but it came about well after I had gotten my piercing, so I'm not sure if the piercing would help with the vertigo and whatnot. My Menieres caused me to go almost completely deaf in my left ear, and I now have an over the ear hearing aid and the wire for it always gets caught in my earring and falls out. Just something to keep in mind if you have a hearing aid on the side you want to get pierced. As far as the piercing helping with migraines, I used to get 20+ migraines that would last hours at a time a month. I got my piercing 3 years ago now and have only had 4 migraines in that time and they were extremely less severe and didn't last much more than an hour. ๐Ÿ˜Š
