I've been taking Propranolol for migraine in the evening around 5 PM. Yesterday, I took it in the morning, by accident, and had awful insomnia. Got 4 hours of sleep. When should I take this to prevent this from happening again?

So, I try and take it as soon as get home from work around 5. One of my anti-seizure meds does that, too.

I took Propranolol for several years, and would take it in the morning. However, I never had that side effect from it. Hope you're able to find a solution. Sorry I'm not much help. :)
