mine was not painful, more like an instant pinch in my ear, that's all

Not painful. I had it done 1.5 yr ago. No migraines since.

That’s the way it was for me also. I didn’t think it was painful to get done at all. It’s just waiting for it to happen that gets you worked up.

I have had my Daith pierced for about 1 1/2 years. I helped a little at first. But after about 2 months it no longer helped. I hope it works for yall.

Daith piercing was very painful to me, at the point of the cartilage....crunch...hurt so bad but afterwards, just tenderness and soreness.
It's been 3 months and no change in migraines.
Like everything else, what works for one may not even phase the next one.
