Who Takes Botox And Another Medicine?
A MyMigraineTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have been on Botox for three years and just started Aimovig a couple of months ago. It does not work for me and thinking about switching to one of the other newer medicines but wasn't sure what other new medicines go along with the Botox.

That is the reason why the doctor didn't put me on the medication for I have stomach issues.

I'm on it and having stomach issues as well. I had them before, but they're worse on Aimovig.

Emgality I just started two days ago and I am so dizzy nauseous and numb and it’s very difficult to walk. None of this was explained to me that could happen so the first night I thought I either had Covid or was going to die. I’m very used to pain I’ve had a headache for 12 or so years now but this is a joke! especially when you have to dig on the Internet for any side effects like I’ve had. I’m not sure if anything like this is worth it.
