I have a suspensive that it is some form of MSG.

If you follow their suggestions, it will dramatically reduce migraines.

MSG is in lots of unsuspected foods like soups, sauces, salad dressings, Doritos, Cheetos, ALWAYS READ LABELS

Even the chain store "Natural Grocers" has MSG in other products and in the ones they make. They don't admit that they do.

so these things could also be triggering your migraine or bother you if you are sensitive to them.
