It is so worth it. I had the first one done in July of 2016. And I just got the other side done two years ago. 80.00 dollars for the both of them. Tattoo parlor is the best place to get it done

I have both of my daiths done. For me personally it did help for about four months. Then migraines returned. Not the same frequency however same and worse intensity. I've had my daiths since October of 2018 and I would recommend them. Even if the relief is only temporary it was worth it to me.
Just be warned they do take a while to heal. But it is not painful. For me it was just a huge pressure. I got them done at the same time. My left healed completely within a few months. My right took a little bit longer but has been healed since last June. They can take up to a year to fully heal
But so worth it

I had daith and tragus piercings done and I've had great results, it's been 2 months and I've had a decrease in intensity and frequency. The tragus helps with anxiety as well. I have PTSD and major depressive disorder among many other things and chiari malformation 1 so I decided it was worth a shot. I think it was well worth the gamble! Even my neurologist said she has seen some benefits to daith piercing in her practice and usually doctors don't agree with something that's an alternative therapy.
