I've been having more trouble with getting migraines from being on the computer. By any chance, can wearing prescription sunglasses help prevent or lessen the trouble with migraines?

Members strongly supported wearing blue light blocking glasses while using computers to prevent migraines, with many sharing that specific brands like Theraspecs and Truedark helped them manage light sensitivity in various settings including airports, grocery stores, and while watching TV. Several members offered practical strategies beyond glasses, including anti-glare prescription lenses with light brown tints, screen covers for monitors, reducing phone brightness, taking frequent breaks to stretch and reduce tension, and turning devices off at the first sign of eye pain. A recurring theme was the importance of experimenting with different solutions since migraine triggers vary by person, with members emphasizing that cheap options often don't work as well as investing in quality blue light filters or prescription solutions from an eye doctor.

No. I have the migraines because the seizures. I was diagnosed with epilepsy back in 2005 due to 8 years of chemo and 3 rounds for Langerhan's cell Histiocytosis, I was 9 when I finished chemo. I always had a migraines after the seizure; occasionally a sign, though. I always felt be the next day. In 2018, things started to change and I had more and more migraines- not all of them are related to my seizures; I've only had 5 seizures since my appointment back in October, but have had 20 migraines.

Rose colored glasses are supposed to filter out the blue light. Sunglasses cause you to strain your eyes to see. I turn my phone light way down and at the first eye pain, I stop for a while. I like the suggestion of a screen to put over monitor. That sounds like a really good way to go.
