Sunglasses On The Computer?
A MyMigraineTeam Member asked a question 💭

I've been having more trouble with getting migraines from being on the computer. By any chance, can wearing prescription sunglasses help prevent or lessen the trouble with migraines?

No. I have the migraines because the seizures. I was diagnosed with epilepsy back in 2005 due to 8 years of chemo and 3 rounds for Langerhan's cell Histiocytosis, I was 9 when I finished chemo. I always had a migraines after the seizure; occasionally a sign, though. I always felt be the next day. In 2018, things started to change and I had more and more migraines- not all of them are related to my seizures; I've only had 5 seizures since my appointment back in October, but have had 20 migraines.

Rose colored glasses are supposed to filter out the blue light. Sunglasses cause you to strain your eyes to see. I turn my phone light way down and at the first eye pain, I stop for a while. I like the suggestion of a screen to put over monitor. That sounds like a really good way to go.
