Chronic Dizziness And Off Balance

Chronic Dizziness And Off Balance

Has anyone here had to deal with chronic off balance feeling or dizziness? For 6 days now, I have had a feeling of being off balance. I’ve had 2 migraines during that time. Even when it doesn’t hurt, I’ve had this feeling. I’m not sure if it’s related.

I started having spells when I was in school. I had dizzy spells and vertigo like yours and in less now. The doctor explained it like my head thought I was dizzy because of my migraines. I was not physically dizzy. So there is nothing I can do about them. But it could be a symptom of something else.

For me and that not to say for you every one is different much of my dizziness and off balance came from the medication I was talking to counter the headaches. Check with your doctor to get a answer for your condition.

It’s frustrating and causes me anxiety at times, but I don’t worry about it being serious. 30 years of them here. Thank you, you too!

Well you are better than me, I still worry even when I get a migraine. Even after 21 years! But really meclazine really helps me with that off balance and vertigo. Feel better!

Thanks Taryn. Just odd because migraines and my medication aren’t anything new to me. I had BPPV a few years ago, but I was very dizzy with that. This is more of an off balance feeling that comes and goes. I try not to worry and hope it goes away on its own.
