I have been on Inderal for a year and it does not seem to be affecting my weight or craving. To be honest, my migraines have not improved much, but I am not sure if it is not working. Because I have been going theough a lot this past year and it has been very stressful.

I was on Imitrex and it had no affect on me as far as weight gain/ loss. Topamax has a weight loss effect. No other meds I have been on in my history has ever made me gain weight.

I tried Topamax and it gave me terrible confusion and memory problems. Stopped taking it and effects went away. The experience was awful.

Ask your Doctor about Topamax. It has been know to help lose weight,not gain it.
