A MyMigraineTeam Member asked a question πŸ’

About a year after my ex kicked me in the back of my head with his steel toe boot during a very violent beating which also left me with broken bones, I began having headaches. At the time, I just treated them on my own OTC and went on. As the years went by, my head pain worsened. Now it has been 25yrs since that night that changed my life. I have been on every possible migraine medication out there plus beta blockers, Botox injections, and too many to remember but all have failed to help me at… read more

Let me know how it does for you ? I am certain this will provide a measure of relief....lowering forces (bite guard acts as a shock absorber) ice reduces swelling and inflammation Can add any anti inflam med (OTC) and any generic tylenol take together will also help reduce pain and swelling

Diagnosis for :Migraine: is simply Bad headaches and often ,,,,there has has been no diagnostic test of any kind to date but form Heat Imaging that I have used with dental patients before and after dental arch corrections that show lower heat after biofunctional jaw, bite and dental arch corrections and reduced or elimination of migraine head pain Have seen this 40 times in a row!

its very likely that your jaw and bite relationship changed which causes excess force generations...it can be corrected and very well may help I'm a dentist who helps a lot of folks with relieving Migraines not many know how to correct Took me over 25 years to see it it scares most guys stateside I'm in San Diego not sure where you are? you can TRY a soft vinyl bite guard (amazon) AND ICE your head as inflammation is the cause of the pain

I asked my Neurologist if he thought Marijuana would help with my Migraines and he said no. There is no proven research to say it helps. Plus the fact that I can't handle the smell. Has your Doctor recommended an MRI? I have one every few years and they sometimes use the dye to find abnormalities. You could try ice packs or a heating pad for pain relief.
