I use a Heating Pad. It's works better than ice for me.

Ice doesn't work for me,but a heating pad on my head while laying down works.

O use warm compress

It didn't work for me

Hope it helps me because mine are debilitating 🤦🏼‍♀️. Hope you give it a try it’s fairly reasonable price I checked out the cephaly device to but it’s $500 I just can’t swing that but they do offer payment options but the payment plan isn’t reasonable at all, it’s on a weekly basis versus paying once a month. So I found this one and I read all the reviews and they were so encouraging. Hugs 🤗
