Weather,stress, food all contributes to mine. I've tried Sumatriptan, Nortriptyline several others that didn't work. I'm now back to excederin,
I believe it triggers the headaches when I overthink or stressed out
Also, loud noises, bright lights, looking at my phone or computer, stress, although many tell me it’s an excuse to not talk about something. Ugh.
Being a passenger in a car if it’s a bad driver. Heat. Lack of sleep. I try to sleep early but get up every two hours or so. It’s all so exhausting. I need help. This constant pain is terrible
Stress is a biggie plus lack of sleep. Other triggers are constant bright light like being at the beach. Strong smells like too much perfume or smells of food like fish.
