Topamax is nasty

I tried it did not help but everyone is different never know

I haven’t tried Quilipta because my current combo of Botox & Emgality with Nurtec & Maxalt combo for rescue does it for me. I do take Nurtec & propranolol as preventive when we go out & I want to hedge my bets on not getting a headache. The Nurtec seems to carry me through the next day. Commotion and flashing lights are my triggers.
