Has anyone had any luck with keeping a food diary to see what may be causing the migraines? I just started about 2 weeks ago.
I wake up with one and go to bed with one. Why does my head feel like it did when I was having my TIA/light stroke
Has anyone ever had numbness in their face from a migraine? I have another friend who has had the same symptoms.
