I’ve tried Accupunture. It did help a lot! I stopped going for awhile but I will definitely be going back if the migraines keep getting worse. I also use yoga to stretch my spine, an ice cap, hot and cold water techniques and regular massages (bimonthly). Oh! And Excedrine Migraine with the first sign of an aura. I forgot to add that MANY years ago I went to a special chiropractor who used the Gonstead method. She started my road to relief! She always said “don’t let anyone adjust your neck while laying down. “. They’re hard to find but they’re out there. Good Luck!

I have tried it but with no success but please try for your self as every one is different

I tried the vyepti infusions and got deathly sick as I had an allergic reaction to a medication in it.
