Mine was a few years ago when I was at a fair about 1.5 hours away. I had to drive all the way home with no medicine because it would make me drowsy. When I got home it was so bad,my Son had to help me upstairs to bed.
It lasted about 18 hours and was located on the top of my head.
I would rate it at a 15.

Back of head. That was before I became chronic.

The longest I had a migraine is 1 week. 1 week too long. I had pain a 10+ It hurt from my eye all the way back to my neck. I had to stay in the dark. I had light and sound sensitivity. I was so nauseous. It was horrible.

Um im not actually sure when it was. But it had started at the base of my head and just migrated upwards and it was so bad I couldnt breath because it hurt so bad. I just stayed in bed and even the medication wouldn’t touch it. It was yeah high up there. 13-20. It even hirt to lay my head on my pillow. But that was better than maybe moving and throwijg up.
