I know there are tracker sites on line. But i just write them in a notebook. Date, time location, IBP or Ubelvy taken. Then I take when I see my neurologist
Ed2, I think the tracking is not for you, but to help your doctors identify where you problem areas are. Your triggers, your progression, any improvements, which medication worked, etc.
It took decades for me to realize exactly where my danger zones are, and although nothing could be done to stop most of the migraines, it helped me to plan accordingly for my "down" days. Then when Migraine Buddy came out, my predictions became even more refined. Eventually afyer years of tracking on Migraine Buddy, I got the barrometric pressure point to an exact number of 29.97. Sure, it didn't stop the predicted migraine, but I was ready for it. I prepared by cooking in advance so I'd have leftovers for dinner and I made no plans for the migraine day.
Finally, Nurtec arrived on the scene and now I take it on the days predicted, but I take it BEFORE the migraine starts. I've lost count of how many migraines I've avoided, but it all started with tracking my migraines on paper, starting back in 2008. It took years for us to see the patterns.
I just ordered a migraine journal on Amazon! I’ll let you know how it goes like it!
I just use Excel to track mine. Same with my seizures.
Thank you, Cathy Grammer, I also take my typed-out notes to my neurologist
