This is crazy cuz I only thought migraines affect the head….this has been going on with me for awhile and I just thought it was my neck issues, fibromyalgia and artha….but I had started noticing when I take my migraine meds the neck and shoulder pain would let up some. 😭

OMG yes, I was about to ask the same question. I experience neck and shoulder pain before, during and after a migraine. Unfortunately now the pain is also traveling down my entire right arm.
