Yes,they usually start you at 100mg and if that doesn’t do anything for you, request for your doctor to increase the dosage to 300mg.

Yes it takes a long time to get into and stay in your system. If you are referring to Vyepti then that usually hits pretty quickly, for me it was only about a month at 300mg. The Botox is an injection not infusion. The DHE infusion takes doing everyday for a week or two to get enough of it into your system before it starts to hit. My doctor (neurologist) says none of my patients ever have said DHE took only 1 time to work….lol…he was right because it did not work for me the first time I did it…..it takes up to a full 8 hours to go through the process though. Yes a full day for each time you go in.

How long did it take to start working I had my 1st infusion Wednesday and nothing yet I know it takes time

Yes! On my 2nd year. After 10 years, it’s been a lifesaver for me! I’m also on Botox too
