I'm having the Reed Procedure done in January. They do a trial surgery first to see if it will work for you. If it does they put in the real implant. They say it works immediately. Definitely check out US Migraine and watch the video of how the procedure is done. It's very interesting. They're located in Dallas Texas. I will post about how it goes and if it works for me after I have it done.

Me after the trial surgery. As you can see everything is on the outside. The battery pack is on my chest with wires running to the front and back of my head. Once they know it will work they do the permanent surgery where everything will go inside you. You get a cell phone you use to control it with. You can change the frequency strength up or down as needed. You'll feel a tingling where the nerves are but it doesn't hurt. It's pretty awesome.
