I'm so sorry to hear that. As a migraine specialist, shouldn't they care about all symptoms related. I guess I was lucky to have found a place that not only had very good doctors but they were involved in migraine and other studies. I was able to be part of many different meds and even non medicine treatments. Yes this was about 20 years ago but there are still places out there doing studies. I even did one that was a smoking cesession one. Quit smoking and have never touched another cig since:). I wish you the best of luck on finding answers and relief.

There is but you need to find the right one that understands your migraines and that takes your insurance because I had one neuorologist didn't understand my migraines and he kept asking me how I was feeling with my headaches and I finally found one that understands my migraines and she is very nice, understands and she explains everything to me, not like my last neurologist.

If I still lived in PA.I'd try to get an evaluation by a neurologist specializing in migrains affiliated with University of Penna or Penn State medical school. Travel may be daunting but worth it if you get answers. I currently drive well over two hours to see my neurologist but it's made a huge imporvement in my migraine management.

I know it is a ways from where you live; but Dr. Yoon-Hee Cha is a neurologist at the University of Minnesota that specializes in vestibular disorders (Dizziness, vertigo, vestibular migraines, MDDS).
