I wake up feeling pretty good every morning at 5. But as soon as I start cleaning the house I begin to feel a miagrane come on. I have 2 large dogs, so I clean everyday.

This is not a weird question at all! Physical activity and changes in body position (like bending and standing) can indeed trigger migraine attacks. The pattern you're describing - feeling good upon waking but developing symptoms during housework - suggests that the physical exertion and repetitive movements may be acting as triggers.

Morning migraines can also be influenced by other factors like dehydration, especially if you're starting vigorous activity right after waking. The combination of physical exertion and potential dehydration could be making your symptoms worse. Consider breaking up your cleaning routine into smaller sessions throughout the day rather than doing it all at once. Stay well hydrated before and during activities, and try to maintain good posture while cleaning. You might also want to experiment with different times of day for cleaning to see if that makes a difference. Remember that managing triggers is an important part of migraine care - it's not laziness to recognize and adapt to what your body is telling you.
