I live in mid-michigan and for 5 years now thought my debilitating headaches and nasal congestion were sinus issues, then 2 years ago diagnosed with allergies and things improved some on allergy meds. Diagnosed with Migraines in Feb '25. When the weather is inconsistent, especially wet/dry in spring and fall, my migraines are more frequent and more severe. Trying Magnesium since Feb and that has helped tremendously but I am hypersensitive to weather swings.

My migraines started when I suffered brain 🧠 trauma. They're debilitating. That's how mine started. I will pray that you get relief. I had the DHE infusions in April and Aimovig injection in May. Currently, I am feeling better. I'm not out of the woods yet. I also take Rizitriptan when I have a migraine.
