I stay inside as much as possible, and when I go outside, I keep a visor on and sunglasses- the super dark ones- on. AC is my best friend, and room-darkening curtains help keep my house cooler, too.

Stay in the A/C as much as possible. Get about 15 minutes of unfiltered sunlight a day. I know sunlight and heat cause migraine but natural Vitamin D is better for you than taking it in pill form. No I am not following my own advice as I have severe heat intolerance and really don't want to face plant on the concrete around the building that I live in.

For me, it doesn’t matter what the weather is. When my migraines come on I deal with them the best I can. I have never noticed the weather being a triggering point for my migraines.
