Have been getting chronic migraines begin with heavy feeling of vertigo (dizzy) then feeling the aura then pain falls right into activity. When migraine finally stops, I will get slammed with the hangover effect. Trying to figure out best way to work through that hangover feeling rather than just drinking hot tea. If anyone has ideas to share please do.
Migraines have become more constant activity.
For me I feel the hangover is from the drugs i have taken for the migrine.
BrentAdams Are you taking your meds? Have a good one.
