I'm going through a severe migraine at this point in time. With that being said, I am considering option of using a covered ice pack on location for a short period of time.
The location experiencing difficulty is similar to a large trapazoid shape as the shape begins slightly above yet behind my ear to the left temple to crown of head then back to behind the ear. I like heat for relief
I found that ice doesn't help me much
I have the ice hat it works great.
If you try the TheraIce hat try if putting it in the fridge is enough for you. I never actually put it in the freezer.
It's a distraction if nothing else.
