I, too, tried Nurtec. Didn't want to. Had to in order to get infusion I believe. Did NOT work! Made it WORSE!

Nurtec every other day & Symbalta for rescue is working for me. I still get a few break thru headaches but I went from 20 headaches/mth to 8 last month!

I’m in agreement with you on the barometric pressure. I get alerts on my phone from weather x. I’m going to look into migraine buddy.

Yes, that was my experience. However, since I know where my danger zone is on the barometric pressure scale, we changed how I use Nurtec as a preventative. Every week I check on Migraine Buddy to see what is predicted BP wise. Then I take Nurtec the day before or if the crossover is in the evening, I'll take it first thing in the morning. I've lost count on how many migraines I've avoided by paying attention to barometric pressure.
