I just had both ears done back in Feb 2017 and it helped for about 2 months.... IT hurts REALLY bad while they pierce them... it takes about 15 seconds per ear... but after that it was just tender for a few weeks if I tried to sleep on my side. My cousin had both ears done and another friend of mine. My cousin has only had 2 migraines in 12 months now. So each person will be different. I sure enjoyed the 2 months with no migraines !!! Just go to a good tattoo place !!! The cost varies $25-$60 per ear. I would do it again if I had to knowing I would have relief even for just a while !

I had a ton of people tell me that they knew someone that had a daith piercing and worked like magic. I had it done, but it made no difference to my pain. I've had it now for almost a year.

Hi there. I tried this for my chronic migraines. I would happily try anything to be fair.
It wasn't too pleasant having it done as they have to slide the piercing through with plastic tubing.
I kept it in for months but sadly it didn't make the blindest bit of difference to me. Obviously this is just my personal experience though x
